I really took a day off of work to go in to sign everything and the next day Neither one of them would pick up my call so I called from my brothers phone and finally they picked up. They still had no answer for me. So my husband went to pick up his check and was told he has to wait up to 10 days because the check was cashed. So I got hit on my Credit score and NO CAR.. So I took all my paperwork to Lannan Chevrolet and I my Car Same day. More

I also want to add it happened before in this service center 4 times to me (long wait) regardless if I make an appointment or not. I will never go there again. More

Went here to test drive a used Rav4, asked on the phone beforehand if they had a problem with us taking it to our mechanic if we liked it, we were told "People do that all the time." When we said that we wouldn't have a deal if we couldn't get it checked out, Rick became extremely annoyed and told us "I guess we're done then". Extremely rude, very bad experience. More
