Long story short - the cars handling at high speeds was dangerous. So, I took it to a buddys shop to have the alignment checked and it turns out the alignment was way out. The front toe was poiting to the left, and the rear axle was so badly manufactured that the rear toe and camber were in the red out of spec. And this is a brand new car!.. So my buddy aligned the car the best he could and it finaly was driving straight. I then brought it back to the service dept showing them the print out of the alignment and asked them to reinburse me. They said the rear toe and camber was "normal" and wouldn't reinburse me for the alignment. Later that night I took it on the highway for a good test run and still at high speeds it vibrated and drifted left and right. So on a hunch I decided to check the strut towers.. To my absolute shock, all 6 bolts were little more than finger tight! I couldn't believe it - a brand new car with less than 10 miles on it and it has untorqued suspension parts. So, I torqued the towers, shimmed the rear axles and had it realigned. Finally the car drove like a Toyota. But, no one should have to go through all that with a brand new car. The car was manufactured in Canada. We've owned the car for a little more than a year and plan to trade it in for a 2013 Civic. More
Go for a oil change on a new car 5000 miles (1st oil change at Ira toyota recomended intervals) They will charge you 180 dollars for a safety check on a brand new car. When you complain you are told toyota recomends this that is a lie and the people in the service department tell you they could void your warrenty. This co will give you a good price on buying a new car but steal your money in the service deparment. The employees that you deal with in service need some training on how to talk to the customers. Salesman was great - I found a used car (2011 with low miles) that was exactly what I was looking for. Negotiated a price along with my trade in. Manager said my trade in value was $5,000. My salesman didn't believe me so he confirmed it with the Manager as well. Called me to say "Yup, that's what he said, 5k). Came back next morning to show husband and brought check book. Paperwork came back but not "right". Asked about my $5000 trade in - manager now said it was only valid if I bought a NEW vehicle. This was a clasic bait and switch as New vs Used was never brought up. I was only looking at used and "they" knew it. More

I came in to trade in my old Toyota Highlander, and get a new Rav4. I was very cautious about getting a bad price for my trade, and wanted to keep my payments on the new vehicle low. I looked at one first, got a no-nonsense quote with a great price for my trade, with no haggling!! I then wanted to look at a different vehicle after going through all the paperwork with the first. I expected a push-back and an effort to try to "sell" me the more expensive car, but instead I got, "no problem, we just want to make sure YOU leave happy"! I was impressed with the professionalism I received and the genuine desire to listen to what I really wanted/needed and the efforts they went through to provide me with a car that fit ALL my prerequisites. I was and still am very happy with the car I purchased and with the service I received. Also, on a side note, Andres was fantastic with my daughter (7 years old) and he and the "big boss" brought her to the vending machine and bought her snacks and drinks on their own dime over and over again! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a fair price and listened to!! I will be returning when it is time to trade in again!!! More
I brought my FJ Cruiser in for a sticker last friday ... they could not find anything wrong with the truck so they told me it needed NEW Wiper blades!!! There was nothing wrong with the Wiper blades I driv they could not find anything wrong with the truck so they told me it needed NEW Wiper blades!!! There was nothing wrong with the Wiper blades I drive the truck every day and there is nothing wrong with that truck it is like NEW!!!! They then told me I would get a rejection stick for that reason! Safety ... NO I was taken advantage of!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO IRA AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT HOW YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. YOU think I would ever trust you to do repairs? A rejection stick for wiper blades .. all the guy kept saying was ether replace the blades or a rejection stick! NEVER told me what the process was that I had 60 days to do this ... NO why would he tell me that ! He had me right then and there! Shame on you people for taking advantage of me. We have 2 Toyotas and they will never see IRA again! Gail Connell More
First off I appologize for this taking me over a week to fill out I have been ridicuously busy. To my amazement I actually have not one bad thing to say about this dealership, I went down there on a whim knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly how much I was willing to pay. The first salesman to greet me was jose who was new to the business and I thought to myself here we go. It was presidents day and very busy and I thought I was just in for a long aggravating experience with someone who couldnt give me the answers I wanted. I have to surprisingly say that jose was quite educated towards most of what I needed to know, he was patient, understanding and willing to answer every question I had for him without the typical salesman redirects and half truths! the few questions jose hadnt come across with yet in his brief career there he made sure he got someone that could answer them. Jose was a professional through the whole process and made both my and my wife's stay there as comfortable as possible it really was a pleasure to be there, I am not used to that kind of attention, respect or courtesy from dealerships they really did care they truelly are the ordinary joe's dealership. Everyone that jose had asked a question showed all of the same qualities they were very helpful and really cared about us choosing them as a dealership and you could really tell they all loved there jobs from jose the newest member to the managers and everyone else involved, I can't understand how this kind of behavoir is not installed in some of those other dealerships. I also want to mention Rick who is also a salesman there, the next time we came back to pick up our new car, jose had not yet been through a thourough walk thru of the particular model we had bought to show the buyer all the ins and outs and buttons....etc that the car had offered. Rick explained to us he had done it numberous times and if it was ok with us he was gonna go through it with us while jose watches. Rick had a gameplan that was fantastic he went thru the car explaining every detail and answered any questions that we had about certain devices in the vehicle. Jose also asked questions while he was learning and he asked alot of questions I wish I had thought of myself and after that whole experience was over I truelly felt comfortable about our newest purchase. I could go on and on however I am kind of busy...lol I would say to a potential car buyer that I saw a commercial one time about a dealership that said something like shop us last and I really hope its not this dealership but I would confidently say that same idea for this particular dealership especially if you have alot of time to kill at all the other ones, Personally I shopped them last and it will be the last time I ever shop for a car anywhere else, I wish all you future buyers the best of luck and when your through getting jerked around by other dealerships take a trip over there you just might find yourself writing a long letter telling everyone how happy you were, kind of like this one...lol More
I had a great experience with Andres right form the time I walked in the door. He greeted me and welcomed me to a cup warm coffee. I also loved that your dealership liases with insurance companies and also the RMV so I DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO THE RMV!!!! I would recommend Andres and your dealership to anyone looking for a metor vehicle in future. More

Scot Carleton, the service representative who waited on me, was very thorough, patient and knowledgable about Toyota servicing and what was needed to maintain smooth operation of my vehicle at time of service.
