LET DOWN!! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UNTIL I GAVE THEM A DOWN PAYMENT TO HOLD THE CAR. It was all down hill from there I couldn't get in touch with Mike after that. He passed me on to the Financial Dept. where I was about to sign off on everything and I was told that Ira DID NOT have the cars Title. I really took a day off of work to go in to sign everything and the next day Neither one of them would pick up my call so I called from my brothers phone and finally they picked up. They still had no answer for me. So my husband went to pick up his check and was told he has to wait up to 10 days because the check was cashed. So I got hit on my Credit score and NO CAR.. So I took all my paperwork to Lannan Chevrolet and I my Car Same day. More
Rude staff, long wait After making an appointment and being promised that "oil change will be quick, less than an hour" I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. When complained, the service guy was rude and patronizing. I was not even offered a coupon for free car wash (there were plenty of them at cashier;'s desk) like they did previously. I also want to add it happened before in this service center 4 times to me (long wait) regardless if I make an appointment or not. I will never go there again. More

Went here to test drive a used Rav4, asked on the phone beforehand if they had a problem with us taking it to our mechanic if we liked it, we were told "People do that all the time." After we test drove it, the sales manager Rick Despres wasted our time by trying to convince us that we didn't need to get it checked out. When we said that we wouldn't have a deal if we couldn't get it checked out, Rick became extremely annoyed and told us "I guess we're done then". Extremely rude, very bad experience. More

If you'd like to experience the full range of tactics that got car dealers a bad reputation, this is the place for you. I had done my research. I knew the model and options I wanted, I knew invoice and that got car dealers a bad reputation, this is the place for you. I had done my research. I knew the model and options I wanted, I knew invoice and MSRP pricing for everything. I had my internet-only price in hand, and my preferred customer number from working with them online already. When we arrived at the dealer, we asked for the sales manager by name as instructed. He handed us off to another sales guy without even introducing himself - not a big deal, but not exactly welcoming. As instructed, I gave the sales guy my preferred customer number so that he could pull up all the details from working with them online - model I wanted, price they had offered etc. After the test drive (which was fine) we sit down to do the business. Sale guy checks inventory, and they don't have exactly what I'm looking for. First major problem: He asks us to sign a form that I had never seen before that says something like this isn't really a commitment, but if they can find the car we want we will buy it from them. No, says I, show me in writing the full itemized cost of the car I want to buy. He heads into the back office, a while later comes back with it all priced out in writing. Second major problem: He is offering MSRP less $500, not the internet price already agreed. He heads into the back office again. Third major problem: He's now offering me a car with a $1000+ nav package that I had already told him I didn't want. Off he goes into the back office again.....Finally, more than an hour after we sat down to deal he comes back with pricing that looks kinda OK - only of course they are low-balling me on my trade in. I tell him I will go away and think about it, he ask's why I won't sign, I tell him about my problem with the trade in value etc. But, the truth is, my doubts set in an hour ago the first time he put a written offer on the table. My biggest regret is losing an hour of my life that I will never get back. We left this dealer, went to Jaffarian in Haverhill who I also had internet pricing from. Long story short: We had a wonderful experience at Jaffarian, not only did they honor the internet price, but we got a higher spec car from inventory for the same price because we agreed the deal 20 minutes before they closed the books for the month.
