Huge shout out to a service associate named Nicholas Silva. I came in for a regular oil change on my car. He recommended a fluid flush but he wasn’t “pushy” about me getting it done. It took a bit longer than expected so he offered me a 10% discount due to the wait. He was knowledgeable about other concerns I had such as, my car having a shake or irregular vibrations being felt through the floor and verbalized options to get it checked out. I also consulted with him about getting a bottle of touch-up paint for my car and he was able to get it to me right away. And last but not least, he gave me information about how to get a spare key since I never got one with my car when I bought it a few years ago. He checked on this even though he doesn’t work in sales and went out of his way to ask around. Overall Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and catered to my needs/concerns while I was at the dealership. He went above and beyond for a regular maintenance service on my car. Thanks again! More
