Horrible experience. Sales guy does not know the options for the product he is trying to sell. Pulled my deposit and the only reasoning they give me is I could refinance later :) What a waste of time and loss of inquiry on my credit. More
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 Prime Plug-In Hybrid in December 2021 and from Day 1, I had issues with the auto start and climate controls. It’s now February 2022 and today I was told that “this is how the vehicl 2021 and from Day 1, I had issues with the auto start and climate controls. It’s now February 2022 and today I was told that “this is how the vehicle is supposed to work”. Seriously? Toyota FORCES me to pay for the $98 Year app to get autostart. Here is the breakdown: I go into the phone app, touch start, set the temperature and toggle the front defrost on. 20 minutes go by and the defrost didn’t happen and the vehicle is stone cold. THIS IS BY DESIGN! Another scenario is: In Electric mode, THE HEAT DOESN’T WORK! Yes, again by design. So living in Massachusetts, during the cold months, you literally cannot use the HEAT in electric mode OR with the remote start to defrost. NONE OF THIS WILL WORK BY DESIGN. Toyota corporate refused to do anything and the dealer told me to call Toyota. For a $60k vehicle this is entirely unacceptable and bad sales practices, noboyd disclosed anything nor is any of this in the contracts. The service folks found a small, single entry in the manual that says this, but who sits down and reads the manual BEFORE you buy a car? And who the F would expect that autostart doesn’t allow you to use the heat AND defrost the vehicle AND that the heat won’t work using the electric motor?!? More
Cody LaFortne sale me an Oil Change 2 years contract, I bought into it - this is my biggest mistake! It sounds like a good deal, it is not. They change my oil the first time, and when I went back for the second time, they give a whole list of reason why they can't do the same oil change. They wanted a another $250 for this second oil change. I told them a take a hike, and spent 3 hours on the phone chasing my tail getting the contract cancel --- it is a nightmare. Cody will sale himself as a nice guy, ...and maybe he is, but the up sale to squeezed more money out of their customers is very unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
I usually dread having to purchase a new vehicle, but not this time! Wayne made the whole process from beginning to end effortless. When I arrived to pick up my new Hybrid Rav 4 he went over every little detail of the car with me. I hope he is still there when it is time for another new vehicle. Brought my car to dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and alignment at 11AM. I was told by the service advisor that the car would be ready at 2PM . We returned at 2:30Pm only to discover the c rotation and alignment at 11AM. I was told by the service advisor that the car would be ready at 2PM . We returned at 2:30Pm only to discover the car was not ready and it would be an additional 30 to 45 minutes to finish work on the car. I cannot recommend this dealership for on going service in the future and doubt if I will return. More
