Was was a returning customer but I gave 2 stars because it is considered and fair rating. My only issue was they are doing what the other fair dealers are doing. They are marking up above the MSRP I my ca it is considered and fair rating. My only issue was they are doing what the other fair dealers are doing. They are marking up above the MSRP I my case $3,000 over on a $46,000 car. It was not just the particular color or model I was told it would be applied to any Highlander they were selling. In the end I found 3 Toyota dealers with in 30 minutes with plenty of inventory that were not charging over MSRP and made my purchase from one of those dealers in Haverhill that was not charging over MSRP It is time reward dealers who are giving fair prices. More

Had an experience that wasn’t great. Went in and worked with a salesman. He was out for the following week and I was told to work with the sales manager. Called him 2 days in a row with Went in and worked with a salesman. He was out for the following week and I was told to work with the sales manager. Called him 2 days in a row with no response. Went back in and talked to another salesman who was very helpful. Got some needed vehicle information and negotiated a price. Followed up with him the following day and setup a time to come in either the next day (which was his day off) or the following day. Was told that they would hold the vehicle and I offered to put a deposit over the phone to hold it, but was told it wasn’t needed. When I met the salesman later the next day (his day off), with a bank check ready to do the paperwork, we both found out the car was sold. Talked with the sales manager and was told there was a communication breakdown that he would address. Didn’t get an apology from him or any further explanation. More

After reading our review, we got a phone call from. The dealership to take the car back and to stop posting. Not only can these guys not do math, find paperwork but they are also delusional. Pulled my deposit and the only reasoning they give me is I could refinance later :) What a waste of time and loss of inquiry on my credit. More
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 Prime Plug-In Hybrid in December 2021 and from Day 1, I had issues with the auto start and climate controls. It’s now February 2022 and today I was told that “this is how the vehicl 2021 and from Day 1, I had issues with the auto start and climate controls. It’s now February 2022 and today I was told that “this is how the vehicle is supposed to work”. Seriously? Toyota FORCES me to pay for the $98 Year app to get autostart. Here is the breakdown: I go into the phone app, touch start, set the temperature and toggle the front defrost on. 20 minutes go by and the defrost didn’t happen and the vehicle is stone cold. THIS IS BY DESIGN! Another scenario is: In Electric mode, THE HEAT DOESN’T WORK! Yes, again by design. So living in Massachusetts, during the cold months, you literally cannot use the HEAT in electric mode OR with the remote start to defrost. NONE OF THIS WILL WORK BY DESIGN. Toyota corporate refused to do anything and the dealer told me to call Toyota. For a $60k vehicle this is entirely unacceptable and bad sales practices, noboyd disclosed anything nor is any of this in the contracts. The service folks found a small, single entry in the manual that says this, but who sits down and reads the manual BEFORE you buy a car? And who the F would expect that autostart doesn’t allow you to use the heat AND defrost the vehicle AND that the heat won’t work using the electric motor?!? More
