I had bought 4 new Michelin tires in Oct 2022 and one needed to be replaced as it had a hole in it. I normally visit this dealership for service on my Tacoma. Every experience thus far has been superb. No matter the time of day I went in or how busy it was at service check-in, all the representatives I’ve come across were friendly, knowledgeable, and just had a great attitude. Jodi and Aurelio were no different. They’re pretty spot on with their estimated time of completion, but if things get delayed, they’re very mindful of providing updates when it’s readily available. They wanted to run a computer diagnoses for $193, so I said yes. Then they called me saying the OBD port was broken and they couldn’t run the thing. They told me $1400 to replace the connector (part cost said yes. Then they called me saying the OBD port was broken and they couldn’t run the thing. I ended up fixing it at another dealership for $200 and that’s including the OBD Port that I bought at another toyota dealer. Don’t bother going here unless you enjoy throwing your money away. More
