I paid to have an evaluation done on the car over $200. I was told that I need to replace my spark plugs. They were replaced the day before I went to the appointment at tewksbury. I was told I have a large oil leak, but there's been no decrease in oil in my car. There was also mention of old that was becoming clogged to cause a humming sound but in researching the other symptoms that might occur I've had no reduction in fuel economy no reduction in power. I think you need a new computer to check what's going on in a person's car because obviously your computer doesn't do it right. More

I've worked with Mr. David Joyce ss my service consultant since (approximately) 2020 as my preferred service representative. He is thorough, honest and very professional without any undue pressure (can't say the same of your younger reps). Since I meet him, I prefer to go to him (if he's available), to consult with him regarding my car's mechanical needs. Management would be wise to mentor your younger technicians under other seasoned employees before they either retire or seek similar employment at other locations! More

Took 6calls to dealer/toyota to get the second key for my car. Had to go to dealer twice and wait 2+hrs for it to get programmed and now the car is telling me to call the dealer- ugh!!! car.
