I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We run an honest business and it is never our intention to mislead a customer, so I apologize if we left that impression. When customers file requests for more information we reach out to them through various platforms. In the contact history, I see that the internet department made several attempts to contact you via e-mail. I can also see that Samantha called you while grocery shopping the other day. We interact with thousands of customers every month and we've come to realize that the vast majority of customers are well aware of the fact that many dealerships are offering their vehicles with Adjustments on them. Many dealers offer nothing in return. At AutoFair we offer the following benefits: PermaPlate- this is an insurance product that guarantees the interior and exterior of the vehicles from damages from man-made, animal, natural, and other sources of damage. For example, this product will replace your seat covering if you happened to puncture the interior with something sharp or if you went grocery shopping and the gallon of milk leaked on the interior and soured, this product would replace the affected carpeting. Road-Hazard- included in the pricing you receive one-year insurance on your wheels and tires 1 year of Towing, Mechanical First Aid, Tire Service, Battery Service, and Lockout service 1 year of Insurance Deductible reimbursement 7 years of AutoFair Rewards which is a service club that comes with $2,500 of discounts over the routine recommended maintenance through your ownership, 7% back in the service department, free rental cars, and a $500 trade-in voucher. Before you left, our floor manager offered to do the deal for you at half of what we normally charge on the Palisade for you since you were unaware of the pricing of the vehicle and to compensate for your drive. If he was unclear about this, I would like to apologize. We are not unreasonable and we would like to work with you. If you can't look past your experience with us, we understand. We do not want to eliminate you from considering Hyundai as a brand. The Hyundai brand is a phenomenal brand with the best warranty in America. Please continue to consider Hyundai. I don't think that you will regret it.
