I unfortunately have nothing nice to say about this dealership . They messed up on our credit reports and pulled someone else’s credit . Very misleading to get you in the door … I live an hour away and dealership . They messed up on our credit reports and pulled someone else’s credit . Very misleading to get you in the door … I live an hour away and had specifics on what the payment needed to be . They completely lied , then pulled someone else’s credit app and told us our payment s would be higher due to our credit ( but it wasn’t our credit report) . With the car market being so hard for buyers and I’m sure dealerships , I found them to be untrustworthy…. And then you purchase the car and they leave you an empty tank? Never again ! More

We visited this dealership because the had the color combination that we wanted for our new car. Drove 90mins to get there and the salesmen showed us the vehicle and all the options. He did a wonderfu combination that we wanted for our new car. Drove 90mins to get there and the salesmen showed us the vehicle and all the options. He did a wonderful job. What was not wonderful, is after the sales demonstration being told that the price on the sticker and the price on the web was not the real price. There was a $5K "market adjustment" that they brought up at the end of all this. In the name of "transparency" (although transparency would have been to have it on the window sticker or the web site). Real bait and switch operation they have going there. Wasted almost 3 hours of our day. If they would have been upfront with the price, we would not have bothered. I think we may move away from getting a Hyundai and going with a different brand instead.
