(Service Department) First visit was to have them program a factory break controller. They setup an hour to do this. After the hour they said they would need up to three hours to program the controll program a factory break controller. They setup an hour to do this. After the hour they said they would need up to three hours to program the controller. So, they setup a three-hour appointment. After this second visit, they said it needs a new rear brake module and this will need ordered and would require another appointment. "We will call you when we get the part to make another appointment." I talked to another service department member on my way out trying to make sure we were on the same page. (Due to the fact I had the part they might need) He was nice and looked at the part and took pictures. Said he would talk to the technician and call me back. I did not hear back. Called again asking about the ETA of the part and to make an appointment. I was told they will call me when the part arrives. Hopefully third times a charm... More

I want to thank services advisor Shelby Dilla for saving me a ton of money on my recent issue. Had thought I needed a 12volt battery replacement for our 2013 C-Max but after talking to me about what was goi me a ton of money on my recent issue. Had thought I needed a 12volt battery replacement for our 2013 C-Max but after talking to me about what was going found out it was a module in the radio that was allowing it to stay on even with everything was shut down, it was going to be over $1500 to get one from Ford she went out of her way and was able to get me an exchange so it only cost $500 very happy with there service. Took my truck in to get a 2nd key programmed and the ford pass connected. Josie Parker was super helpful in getting all this completed for me in a timely manner.
