The salesman was open, honest and knowledgeable. There was no "high pressure"; he and everyone else gave us the information we requested and allowed us to make up our own mind without any pressure. Last week I called and left a message for Kirsten as I needed to bring my vehicle in for emmissions. I called as I wanted to make sure if I left the vehicle it could be fit into the schedule. I did not needed to bring my vehicle in for emmissions. I called as I wanted to make sure if I left the vehicle it could be fit into the schedule. I did not reach Kirsten so I left a message. It was very late in the afternoon and I was leaving work, so I decided I would just take a chance at a local gas station, since my tags were no expired (oops). I was able to get the emmissions test done and moved on with my business. A week later, out of the blue I received a call from Kirsten. She explained and apologized for not returning my call sooner as she was on vacation. But she followed up with me wanting to make sure that I was taken care of. Are you kidding! I was so touched that she was concerned enough about me that she called back to make sure that I was taken care of. I was blown away with that outstanding level of customer service. And this is not the only time. Kirsten consistently provides this level of customer service. She always makes me feel as though I am her only customer. That is incredible. I continue to return to Cowles because I know Kirsten will ake great care of me and my vehicles. More

I came in to get something checked out for my car and it was something miner and was hoping they would help but this very very rude service writer told me that she would have to charge me a fee before anyon was something miner and was hoping they would help but this very very rude service writer told me that she would have to charge me a fee before anyone can even look at my car. She never got out of her xxxx seat to even check out what the problem was, which got me very upset. I have never been treated like that in a very long time. I will never come back to this dealership ever again for service or getting a future car. And Yes I will let Corporate know about this because in fact my sister does work for Nissan. Treat others the way you want to be treated. More
Duglaz Escobar and Dean Stemple are amazing!! They both went above and beyond to get me into my new Maxima. My husband and I traded in our 2012 Rogue, which apparently we didn't get a good deal on to begin went above and beyond to get me into my new Maxima. My husband and I traded in our 2012 Rogue, which apparently we didn't get a good deal on to begin with. Well our Rogue ended up having a crazy amount in negative equity and due to that we would have ended up paying a lot more than what we anticipated. But one way or another these two men came through for us and got me into the car I wanted and at very comfortable payments. I will definitely be bring more clients to the both of them. They made it a pleasurable experience, especially with me being pregnant and all we all know how pregnant women get! :) I definitely would recommend them to anyone about there thinking about a Nissan to go in and ask for Duglaz Escobar and Dean Stemple.
