I fully expect a "do to insurance reasons bla, bla, bla." I was blown away when John said sure! Negotiations were stress free. No "I have to talk to the manager" and disappearing for 15 minutes. We talked and came to a reasonable price for both parties. The one and only disappointment is they don't have a snack machine.
