We sell pre-owned vehicles, some of which are older vehicles, sometimes over 10 years old. That being said, we do ensure that our vehicles pass Massachusetts safety inspection and that all of our vehicles are checked by mechanics and all issues that customers have with the vehicle are addressed before, and after, purchase. We never tell someone that we can't help them out if they have an issue with their vehicle. We are sorry to hear you sound relatively uncomfortable with the product at the dealership, hence you are reporting that all customers do due diligence before their purchase. We always encourage our customers to bring their vehicle of interest to their own mechanic if that makes them feel more comfortable because we are never trying to hide anything from anyone. Update. Had made numerous attempts to reach this Mike person with no response. I just had to replace a 585.00 wheel bearing because the right front Wheel almost fell off. I was told this was replaced when I bought the car. Add that to what I've already spent (over 800.00) and I still need the 1700.00 exhaust repair to pass inspection in March 2019. Somover this. I'm sure they will tell me to "call again" and in this day and age they have no email or voicemail box. Fed up and so disappointed.

Update after spending 585.00 last week on a wheel bearing, the car overheats today. Waiting over an hour for AAA now. I've beyond had it.
