At first I thought it was too good to be true, but Auto City was everything it made itself out to be, with no curve xxxxx. I was both impressed and completely satisfied. Don't be put off by the no-haggle policy: they have this policy because they are not going to play games with you. They will present you up front with the actual value of the car and at competitive prices. I had a great experience working with Mike Manastryski. I got a phone call from him less than a minute after I submitted my initial email inquiry. Both on the phone and in person, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in customer service. He even made sure to offer me and my sister coffee, water, and snacks while we were there. And when he realized we didn't want junk food snacks, he brought us granola bars. :) He made the whole viewing/buying process smooth and enjoyable.
