The car I purchased had one issue with it, I took it to BMW and got it fixed two days later, the issue was something Auto City wouldnt have seen anyway. Customer Service was Excellent Mike was incredibly helpful. I knew this Land Rover was going to go quick off the lot, and he was incredibly accommodating. He held the car for me, took in my like-new 2014 Ford Fusion and gave me a good chunk of what I paid for it. Paperwork took a while (as these things often do) but only because Mike was keen on ensuring I understood everything I was signing, and answering any questions that I had about the process. The LR3 is in amazing shape, and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. When we asked to take it for a test drive, he handed us the keys right away, no questions asked. Washed the car for us, and left me feeling pretty confident with my purchase. Jorge was also very helpful when it came to financing my new vehicle. I am a first time buyer, and I got the rate and payment I was looking for, and I'm only on a 36 month period which is amazing! I now have a car I can take camping, snowboarding, and road tripping with my friends. This dealership is no joke. The only reason I haven't recommended this place to other people is because I bought the car last night. I will certainly recommend in the future. More
