The website does not have annoying pop ups asking if we can chat, yet there was an easy to see button I coul push if I wanted to. When we arrived at the lot, we were greeted by the sales team, but we test drove the vehicle by ourselves in private. When we made a decision to buy, no one pressured us into financing or buying extended warranty packages- unless we wanted it. We were educated about options and left alone to make our own decisions. All this plus no haggling, plus reviewing the Carfax and factory recall information, has made this a wonderful car buying experience! Thank you! More
