I purchased an Infiniti from this dealership a year ago and purchased an extended warranty at the same time. The Infiniti no longer fit my needs, so I traded it in a couple of months ago. I cancelled the and purchased an extended warranty at the same time. The Infiniti no longer fit my needs, so I traded it in a couple of months ago. I cancelled the extended warranty at that time. Here we are 8 weeks later and I have yet to receive my refund. When I contact the appropriate party at the dealership, I am told that she will check on it and get back to me. She never does. I have worked in dealership accounting administration for 32 years and have never seen such a poorly run warranty cancellation process! Steer clear of Austin Infiniti and Continental Auto Group! More
