Another Outstanding Service Experience I've owned multiple Infiniti vehicles since 1995. I've taken each of them for 100% of their service needs to Austin Infiniti. I have always been imp I've owned multiple Infiniti vehicles since 1995. I've taken each of them for 100% of their service needs to Austin Infiniti. I have always been impressed with the customer service I've received. I primarily deal with Monte Reger and he's a true gem. Monte is always professional, exhibits a great sense of humor, is highly knowledgeable about whatever system I'm having issues with, is engaging, caring and just a real quality individual. HE'S the reason I take my vehicles to Austin Infiniti. Obviously the technicians who do the actual work perform at a very high level of expertise, since I've never had to return any repair for further updating. I don't mind paying the higher labor rate because they do such excellent work. Kudos to all the technicians who work on the vehicles! Just a great crew of people working as a true team to make the customer have an outstanding experience. Much appreciated. More

Excellent attention to detail QX80 was in for 45000 maintenance. It was done, but inspection found wheel lugs loose and damaged. They replaced all the impacted parts, and we picked QX80 was in for 45000 maintenance. It was done, but inspection found wheel lugs loose and damaged. They replaced all the impacted parts, and we picked up the QX80 the next morning. Ms. Valdez's communications was excellent, via calls and text. QX80 was clean and waiting for our touchless pickup. Work covered under our pre-paid service and warranty. We paid only for the state inspection. More

What a great team at Austin Infiniti. I live in Cypress, TX and have talked to the Infiniti dealers here locally but it is either a major disappointment working with a untrained sales associate or being mad TX and have talked to the Infiniti dealers here locally but it is either a major disappointment working with a untrained sales associate or being made to feel like they are doing me a favor in dealing with me. This is not what you will get from Austin Infiniti. They were straight up with me on the phone, we talked shared information and I had an offer, including my trade within minutes. There was never a high pressure sales attitude at any step of the process. They provided me with all the information I needed to make decisions I was comfortable with. They did everything an experienced buyer expects and appreciates. Fast, friendly and surprisingly fun. We love our new 2020 QX80 and the Austin Infiniti team. More

My husband and I had the easiest car buying experience and are so excited for our new QX80!! We called on a Saturday morning and Danny quickly helped us with the listing we found online for a QX80 that we and are so excited for our new QX80!! We called on a Saturday morning and Danny quickly helped us with the listing we found online for a QX80 that we loved. After a few checks and conversation around our trade in we hoped in our car and drove from Dallas to Austin to get our new car. Via text we completed all financials with Danny while we drove and once we arrived everything was ready to go. Paperwork took no time and Danny even stayed late for us in order to explain all the bells and whistles of our new car. We were in and out the door well under 2 hours which is amazing for a purchase like this. The level of customer service was incredible and the QX80 was only a year old with low mileage and looked impeccable. Best car buying experiance BY FAR!! More
