Prior to my appointment, she corresponded with me to ensure I had a time that worked for my schedule and was very accommodating when I kept having to reschedule due to work. The day of my appointment, she had a car picked out for me and when it turned out that the car sold before I got there, she found me an even better model! We had a fun test drive after which she was able to work within my budget and drove away in a fabulous new ride. In addition to working with Zaira, she connected me with John who walked me through my car’s features and even gave me a sweet tip on how to easily place it on neutral. Technician communicated via text from Trevor - 2 additional Adonis - break fluid and wiper blades. I did not choose the break fluid but I had noticed issues with my blades - so I had them change these. I live 1 1/2 hour outside of Austin. I need to make sure I am comfortable with all work especially driving home. More
