We are planning a trip to Maine next month, we needed an oil change and a few small items checked. Jon Simmons took the car in, gave us a loaner car and had the work performed. Very professional service in a clean, beautiful facility. I went in for a complimentary oil change & tire rotation. They also washed my car. I cannot rate this dealership any higher. There professionalism an expertise gives customers the calm and ease of knowing that their vehicle is in the care of caring professionals. I applaud the care and concern they give each and every time I am trust my vehicle to them. They are the Abraham Lincolns of Austin Infiniti. There Dave is the most honest service advisor I have ever encountered in the 8 years of me owning my Infinity. I’ve been coming to Austin Infiniti for service, but this was the first time working with a sales team member for a new vehicle. I’m so glad I worked with Zaira. From her personable interaction with me this was the first time working with a sales team member for a new vehicle. I’m so glad I worked with Zaira. From her personable interaction with me to her positive energy, she made my experience exceptional. Prior to my appointment, she corresponded with me to ensure I had a time that worked for my schedule and was very accommodating when I kept having to reschedule due to work. The day of my appointment, she had a car picked out for me and when it turned out that the car sold before I got there, she found me an even better model! We had a fun test drive after which she was able to work within my budget and drove away in a fabulous new ride. In addition to working with Zaira, she connected me with John who walked me through my car’s features and even gave me a sweet tip on how to easily place it on neutral. All in all, I’m very pleased with my first car buying experience at the dealership. Thanks Zaira and John! More
This was my 1st time to this dealership. i needed an oil change and I am under warranty. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Trevor explained what the service consisted of. Technician communicated via text from Trevor - 2 additional Adonis - break fluid and wiper blades. I did not choose the break fluid but I had noticed issues with my blades - so I had them change these. I live 1 1/2 hour outside of Austin. I need to make sure I am comfortable with all work especially driving home. More
I had walked into the showroom not sure on whether I even wanted an Infiniti. Was looking at Lexus and other options. One look at the car and after an excellent 2.5 hour session with PJ Garcia who patiently wanted an Infiniti. Was looking at Lexus and other options. One look at the car and after an excellent 2.5 hour session with PJ Garcia who patiently took us through all the innumerable features and an amazing test drive where he encouraged me to test out all the power and thrust I could subject it to. I was sold there and then and bought the car within 3 hours of entering the showroom. Great ambience backed by great sales skills by PJ. More
My service adviser Lily was outstanding! !!!! She let me know everything that was going on with my car from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. She answere !!!!
