I highly discourage this dealer they are the worst I have ever seen. No Customer service. I had 2 cars leased with them and wanted to buy new Q5, but after their customer service I changed my plans. Audi of Huntington is a great dealership. I purchased my 2005 A6 4.2 from them back in 2005. I have had the car serviced at the dealership ever since. I purchased a used A6 virtually sight unseen (based upon information on the internet). After delivery I noticed that the vehicle did not have all of the options listed. I spoke to Rick Bonilla and Gary Gen information on the internet). After delivery I noticed that the vehicle did not have all of the options listed. I spoke to Rick Bonilla and Gary Gentile at the dealership. After I got my title they found a replacement A6 with the missing options and they swapped vehicles. Rick even asked me what color I wanted and was able to find the exterior/interior color combination I preferred. They knew I was moving 65 miles away but they treated me as if I were going to live next door. This had all of the potential to be a bad experience and the reverse happened. Rick even thru in a few extras! The second car was even nicer than the first (less wear). I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More
THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! The only reason I went there was because they had the A5, that was hard to find at any other dealership. First off, the car started giving me problems with the headlights and the tire pressure right from the beginning. So I tried to deal with the service department and I scheduled an appointment. When I asked if I am able to get a loaner car, they told me I would now have to reschedule my appointment. What kind of crap is that? You're gonna give me a piece of junk anyway, might as well give it to me the day I need it. After spending 50 grand on a car, youd think they would treat you well and try to give you a pleasant experience. I am dropping off my car later next week now, because I had to reschedule my appointment. The woman on the phone was very stand offish and was not willing to be flexible towards my needs whatsoever I would definitley not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The technicians smoke cigarettes every 5 minutes - no wonder work never gets done- and actually smoke while they are driving cars in from the lot. It is completely unprofessional and disgusting. You would think that Audi would have a little more class and better service- but you'd be wrong. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. More

No updates or courtesy phone calls as to when the car would arrive, so I could start working on the financing, as was promised by the sales rep. I almost walked away from the deal, but didn't want to risk not getting back my cash deposit.<br>The service department is a complete disgrace. They don't return phone calls, the quality or work is subpar--sometimes I think its a bunch of xxxxxxx in there banging on things with wrenches. Oh, and the "loaner car" which I was given when I brought in my $50K car for service was a little Toyota rent a car--very classy. More
Have been bringing my97A8 to AoH for two years. Of all the Audi dealerships I have brought my car to I beleive this one to be the best. This is not to say they are great. I now request only two technican to work on my car. This is not received well by the customer service people. In addition customer service people were very poor in contacting me with what is wrong, when will my car be ready and what was wrong with it. This is why they got a 2 rating. Simple things such as keeping the sutomer is paramount as a customer service representitive. in addition when I would call 3 out of 5 times I would get and answering machine where I would leave a message that would not get reutrned. When i questioned them they dsaid they did not have an answering machine. What kind of response is that? In addition when I asked for my third transmission screen and filter change the customer service people said they don't do that. Of course I brought along my invoice to show him and he was bewildered. They workmanship, cleanliness and ultimately the repairs were taken care of right on and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this service department as well as the parts department. My only suggestion would be to CLEARLY STATE what is completely wrong, what you want done and when you expect to have things completed. Do NOT let the customer service people dictate to you. You are the consumer. As an ongoing policy, I now always speak to the technician who worked on my car to get the real turth for whatever and side step the C.S rep. I am certain this does not endear me to them but then again they are not the ones diagnosing or repairing my car. More
