Joe Lopardo is a decent salesperson, although he did give me conflicting information about my car. I eventually bought it and got a decent price, but several big things went wrong on the way to completing th me conflicting information about my car. Joe was helpful (if not apologetic) but his manager, Rick, is a complete moron. He is rude, unpleasant, dishonest, and condescending. (And those are his good qualities.) I could not believe how horribly he would treat a paying customer, new to the Audi brand, and his utter disregard for my experience there. I was promised the car would be detailed "inside and out" before purchase. The exterior was, but the interior was filthy. No explanation, no apology. When I was told it would be done correctly, the service dept. did no more than wipe a damp cloth across the seats. I found the service dept. to be sloppy and rude. There were some disturbing mechanical issues with my car. They were corrected, but only after I made a fuss. The dealer could have made this a great experience by apologizing and offering me something for the hassles and errors. But they did nothing. That said, I am now satisfied with the car--but I would NEVER EVER come here again. STAY AWAY FROM AUDI OF HUNTINGTON. More
I recently purchased my lease that I had for 3 years. I originally did my lease through Anchor Audi in Lynbrook who was so much better. The car salesman never even notified me that when I would turn my lease in it would be subject to audi's inspection before they "resell" it back to me. This left me absolutely no time to take the car back and make the repairs on my own. I was forced to pay all of the dealership prices for their work (brakes and tires). They told me I could not take the car back which left me no choice. I confronted the salesman, Jim/James, and all he said was OH, sorry, what an idiot!!!!! Totally his fault. I decided to speak to the manager ,Rudy, who promised me up and down I'd get 10% back because the dealership was in the wrong. Well... they never sent me my check, nor would they return phone my calls. They said they "couldn't get the money" HA. How do you treat your customer like that??? Not even return phone calls!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. This dealership has no respect for their customers. Stay AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. STEER CLEAR OF AUDI OF HUNTINGTON! More

I have gone to this dealership for over 10 years...I would not buy, lease or have a car serviced by anyone but Audi of Huntington. They are terrific. I think Chuck Malone in Service is the absolute best would not buy, lease or have a car serviced by anyone but Audi of Huntington. They are terrific. I have recommended this dealership to many Audi owners and have particularly recommended their service rep Chuck Malone. The majority of people already work with Chuck and are very pleased with the profes and have particularly recommended their service rep Chuck Malone. Because of the excellent service, I have also recommended Audi of Huntington to people considering purchasing a car. Chuck always made sure that I was set up with a rental car and I was on my way in a short period of time. Most important is that they are very honest. So when they told me it was time to replace my 2000 A6 with high mileage, before it started to have expensive repairs. I knew that I could trust them! So I now have a 2009 A4 that they have certified. Since all the repairs were done at that dealership, I know that the A4 is clean both inside and out. I wouldn't have even considered a used car if Chuck wasn't able to give me the service history and suggest a reliable salesperson. Do not use Audi Huntington! (By the way Smithtown is same owners). They lied and didn't honor the price they promised. Went in the first time and made a very fair deal. Got there and after waiting 2 hours, Larry couldnt honor the original deal. After we renegotiated, the service manager decided even that he wouldnt honor. Five hours later I will never buy an Audi! I was told the service contract was included in the price I paid for the car until I came in for service and they said it wasn't. I didnt look at the contract but it was a competitive situation and I wouldn' I paid for the car until I came in for service and they said it wasn't. Then the engine cover and wheekl well cover were cracked and they said it was my fault. The car was never hit or hit anything. That cost me another $500. What is covered by the warranty or service contract. More

I described two separate problems over the phone to a the service department when making the appt as 1) cruise control inoperable 2) burning smell from engine upon ignition Two weeks later, when I checked into the Audi Service Center, another service agent was taking all my contact information for a second time, then began to gesture that I could now wait in a nearby room.....when I interupted him and informed him that I arranged for a rental car. Now nervous that he had no record of the car's problem, I then asked him what he had listed as the repairs his team was about to perform. He told me they were going to replace the timing belt. NOT ! I had no idea what he was talking about....I told him my timing belt was replaced at the 90,000 mile scheduled service. But not once did he ask me for my service history or records, which of course I had. So I restate my issue as above and he takes notes. I rent a car and am on my way. Two days later I get a phone call from the same agent who informs me of a litany of mechanical issues that I did not request. It is a 10 year old car. Not a single nut was loosened, nor bolt tightened. No parts were installed. Instead, they spent 2 hrs examining my car. Later they inform me of a bill for over $200 for 2 hrs of diagnostics. Let me tell you that I had every intention of taking a new Audi A6 as a rental car for a prolonged test drive while my car was being repaired....Instead I received a beat up Chevy Cavalier with smoked up cloth interior, an engine light indicating repairs needed, low air in tires, and barely 1/6 tank of gas. Not only will I not buy an Audi from this dealership, they have completely turned me off the entire corporation. I certainly cannot be the first person to fall prey to this practice of paying for some mechanic to learn his craft. Please 2 hrs to tell me that my cruise control doesn't work and that I have an oil leak. I told them as much when I checked him. More
