My husband and I first visited the dealership and met with Erol, and he took us for a test drive. He did not try to pressure us into purchasing the car that day, invited us to come back and test drive the car again. We went back to the dealership a week later and met with Richard Plush, since Erol was on vacation. Richard took us for another test drive and handled the purchase for us. He was very helpful and professional in handling the sale. When I went back to pick up the car he even downloaded my cell phone numbers to the car! By the way I purchased an Audi A5 in navy and loving it! More

Mr. Plush was very friendly, helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and gave suggestions that helped me choose the model I eventually selected. When time came for the delivery of my car he to answered all my questions and gave suggestions that helped me choose the model I eventually selected. When time came for the delivery of my car he took the time I needed, going over the various features, helped me my presets for the radio, sync up my phone and my garage opener. He indicated that he remains available if I have any questions in the future. I love the car and extremely pleased with the service I received at this dealership. More
I went into the dealership on a Sunday morning, and was paired with Erol Fettahlioglu. At first, Erol was very calm and somewhat pleasant. I felt like this wasn't his true personality, and it was an altere paired with Erol Fettahlioglu. At first, Erol was very calm and somewhat pleasant. I felt like this wasn't his true personality, and it was an altered personality due to being at work and having to be professional. I came in interested in a brand new s7 (which starts at $80k mind you). Since Huntington, did not have an S7 in stock, I had to test drive other cars to get a comparable idea, which according to Erol was an A6 supercharge in a prestige package. Erol was knowledgable in his information, but I still felt that he wasn't taking me seriously. I felt his personality and the experience to be very fake. Since they didn't have anything comparable for me to test drive, we left off being in contact, as I was hesitant to buy a car, that I never test drove. Erol informed me we'd have to special order the car and it would take 3-5 months. Long story short, a few days later we were contacted by Erol's Sales manager to come in to test drive an S6 that they got in for me to test drive, which would give me a better idea on how the S7 will drive, as it's comparable (Erol didn't make this happen, the sales manager did.) After I arrived, Erol made a side comment about me being late for our "appointment" that I didn't even make with him specifically (rude!!). I loved the drive and became very interested in the s7 from that point on. I went in to discuss numbers and my trade in and discussed possibly ordering the car (which I didn't really want to do because it would take 5 months.) Erol appraised my car and gave me a drastically LOW number and also made more side comments about me not being the original owner, and how some areas of my car have different percentages of paint levels, and also "discounted" the car I wanted to purchase by a whopping $500 dollars. After being insulted, I threw him an offer and told him if he could make that happen, then we could continue to talk and I left it at that. I also told him I would be visiting the West Islip dealership to see their s7 that they have in stock. He made side comments that theirs is a different color then what I was looking at and is more expensive, as I walked out the door. I realized I left my keys with Erol, and sent my friend in to grab them as I didn't want to see Erol after that. When my friend walked in, Erol was sitting in his Sales Managers office with another manager present, holding my car keys (he clearly wasn't trying to run after me to give me my keys). Erol was laughing at me and my offer (which was a very very reasonable offer) and made comment that, "Here is the joke offer that he offered." He looked like he was having fun with the boys making fun of me and for my offer! (Which was $81k instead of $84k) When Erol noticed that my friend overheard what he had just said, he looked very embarrassed. The General Manager then ran after my friend and wanted to thank me for visiting and if it didn't work out with West Islip, then to come back and see them. I have never been treated that way in my entire life. Erol is rude, unhelpful and a crook. He does not care nor want the best interest of his customers. It seems to me, he only cares about a commission check. I would never ever step foot in Huntington Audi ever again, nor would I wish Erol on my worse enemy. If I could rate him below a 1, I would. P.S- Erol if you are reading this, I went to West Islip after Huntington and purchased the $89,500 2014 S7 right from the show room (CASH!!). I would take some etiquette lessons if I were you, as you just lost out on a huge commission and I have the S7 that you told me would take 5 months to get in my driveway. Who's the joke on now? Everyone go to Atlantic Audi of West Islip and see James Nolan and Sales Manager George. They will treat you like a real person and will give you the best deal. No hassle no gimmicks. It's worth the drive over. Trust me!!! More
