Upon making appointment for service receptionist was very helpful in getting the date and time I was looking for. I arrived about an hour early and wasn’t expecting to get in until my appointment time but Jo helpful in getting the date and time I was looking for. I left Brian a voicemail and a text message to call me. He didn’t have the courtesy to respond to either. The receptionist said he was at his desk however ignored both of my phone calls. Allentown Audi is where I leased my vehicle from but it is far from my home to drive for service. Communication and Customer Service is important to keep customers loyal to brand.
