I was interested in this dealership b/c of the great reviews. It seems its different for those of us interested in used cars. Inquired online about a vehicle and after almost 7 emails I still don't have reviews. It seems its different for those of us interested in used cars. Exchanged 4-5 emails with one salesperson over four days who apparently hadn't read my emails and had been giving me info on the wrong vehicle. He then referred me to someone else in another department. He told me the vehicle was not certified and asked if I was still interested. I emailed him yes, and asked for additional info with specific questions and requesting photos since none were available online. I live in NYC about 100 miles away and don't want to make a trip down for nothing. Two days later, I've still yet to hear back from him. But I keep getting automated emails telling me why I should buy from Audi Wynnewood. Have decided to explore other vehicles, since they don't seem to be interested in my business. More

Overall experience at this dealership was straightforward and hassle free. Since we were from out of town, most things were done over the phone or by email. After dealing with a local dealership (who I bought two previous cars from) and having a bad experience when trying to purchase the 2013 A5, we decided to look at other Audi dealerships. I am vey thankful for coming across Audi Wynnewood. Everyone was very friendly. Could not be happier with my new A5! Will definitely purchase my next Audi from this dealership! Highly recommended! I received a prompt response to my initial request for information on the Audi Q5 and when I called to get a little more information from Michael, he was very helpful. Liking the quality of customer servi information on the Audi Q5 and when I called to get a little more information from Michael, he was very helpful. Liking the quality of customer service I received on the phone, I decided to visit the dealership to see the car and learn more about its features in person. My dad and I were greeted as we walked through the door and offered coffee, tea or water. When Michael came over to greet us, he also offered something to drink. Michael sat down with my dad and I to go over more about the car, and then he offered us a test drive. During the test drive, Michael explained the features of the Q5 and answered more questions that I wanted to ask while I was in the car. We left wanting to think more about it, and after talking to my mom about it, I was back over at the dealership a short while later to find out what my trade-in would be worth and to start the financing paperwork. Because I came back unannounced, Michael was with another customer, but another associate gladly helped me with the paperwork I filled out. As soon as Michael was available, he started the search for my new car. We found one that sounded good and Michael helped me get my application for financing complete. The car that we hoped would be mine was unfortunately unavailable, but Michael kept looking for a new car for me. He kept me updated during his search and when he found one with all the options I wanted, he let me know and before you know it, I was driving it off the lot! It was a really good car buying experience because everyone I met at the dealership was kind and put the customers first. More

One of the several reasons my car was in is that my brakes are squealing and they were unable to fix that. Apparently it is just what these cars do in the cold?
