Debby Lessin in particular was just superb. This was honestly the most fun that I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Debby was incredibly personable and made me feel very comfortable in the dealership and during the test drive. Additionally, she got me EXACTLY what I had wanted in the vehicle (color, options and PRICE). Suzannah was also very kind and insightful during the process. The two of them together answered ALL of my MANY questions. In fact, they both even stayed late the one evening in order to help me. I am Audi brand loyal and now Audi of Wynnewood loyal. Background: Before coming to see Matt at Audi Wynnewood I had been to a few other dealers in the area for various car brands. Every dealer I went to tried to beat around the bush and upsell certain items I d had been to a few other dealers in the area for various car brands. I was pretty frustrated, and was tired of going to a dealership only find out that they were a "stealership". My Experience at Audi Wynnewood: I started out by looking online at reviews about the dealership and about the employee's that work there. I found that almost all of the recent reviews were very positive, and so I emailed them about wanting to find a car. Matt responded, and handled everything through email with the utmost professionalism. He was very focused on simply finding me the car I wanted, without trying to push the "extra" stuff on me. As it turns out, I was looking for something that didn't come up often. I didn't want Navigation in the car, but after a few hours of work Matt found me a car that had what I wanted. He was very up front, he showed me all the numbers and explained anything I had questions about. Before going in, I had done my research anyway, so I was very happy that his numbers were the same numbers I had written down from my research. In the end, I actually go the car at a price that many car shopping websites considers to be "unusually" low. I took delivery a few days later, and the car was perfectly clean and parked right next to the front door. Matt took about 20-30 minutes to show me everything in the car, as well as introducing me to the service manager. I would highly recommend both Matt and Audi Wynnewood. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More

The staff worked diligently for several days to find a vehicle that fit my requirements, eventually locating one that was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered on time and Brittany spent over an hour explaining the operation and features of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
