What's puzzling to us is that one of our salesmen was speaking with your husband at the Q7 in the showroom while going over the vehicle when you started raising your voice in the showroom. He was fine, but you were not, and we're not sure where the communication breakdown occurred since you were together. Dana, while it is important to relay a "bad" experience, in order to be fair to all, let's revisit the total experience. You came to us as a referral, and we provided you with a premium experience as we do with all of our customers. After several hours of negotiating, we agreed to a price (on a specific car) that you set. We shook hands, hugged, you gave a deposit, and filled out a credit application. You signed a buyers order and purchased a vehicle from us. After purchasing the vehicle from us, you then went to another Audi dealership in New Jersey and asked them to do better. You came back to us with their offer. While we do not renegotiate after a vehicle has been purchased and the terms agreed upon, we made an exception for you and agreed to the new deal. Not only did we purchase the vehicle from another dealership several hours away, we paid to have it trucked here, got it detailed, and we were prepared for you and your Mother to pick it up on our agreed upon day. Hours before picking up the vehicle you called to tell us that you found yet another vehicle with different options, and made a deal with a dealership in Maryland. Again, you asked us to match that deal. And, again we obliged. You knew that we had a similar vehicle in stock, same color as the one in Maryland. And, it was you who referenced it first which is why that is the new vehicle that we made the deal on. You also had our window sticker. Later that day when you came to our dealership, you refused our car, insisting we purchase the car from the Maryland dealer. We did everything that we said we were going to do. It was you who continued to change your parameters and continued to shop around after purchasing a vehicle from us multiple times. Finally, we said enough is enough, and we completely understand the frustration from our two employees, Parul and Suzannah. They worked extremely hard to satisfy your needs. The "dishonesty" and "disrespect" did not come from our end, and we say that with all due respect. While we were unable to satisfy you, we will continue to satisfy thousands of customers every year, as we always do. We wish you and your Mother the best of luck in your car search.
