This dealship like Thompson Toyota before them strives to please their customers. I am hoping with my new second Audi Q5 hybrid that I will be as happy. I am a little concerned with the Mother company and to please their customers. I am hoping with my new second Audi Q5 hybrid that I will be as happy. I am a little concerned with the Mother company and the cost of repairs. We had a Volvo 940 station wagon and the Volvo manufacturer was always concerned whether we felt the pricing was fair. Everyone at the dealership reaches out to make your experience pleasant. Staff provides the necessary information well, sometimes explaining things more than once for the slow learner (me).
