Took 2 weeks to replace a wheel, a repair that usually has taken 2 days in the past. My local mechanic told me it was just a matter of time before more would start leaking air. Even though I purchased insurance through an Audi vendor to protect myself, I was somehow put in the position of explaining the coverage I had to to Audi Warrington as they were not capable of understanding how the product they sold to me worked. The dealer's service where I purchased my car (Ciocca) is abysmal, so I take it to Audi Warrington instead. I can trust my service rep Evan Downs to give me the straight info, and guide me through the optio abysmal, so I take it to Audi Warrington instead.
