Warrington Audi, Robert Jabs (Service) and Matt Ivey (Technician) were all A+ best in the business. I've been to many dealerships over the years and this is simply the best dealership experience one can (Technician) were all A+ best in the business. Rob called me many times throughout the process to go over the service and explain the schedule, and was able to communicate with me in an intelligent manner (I'm a car guy so I'm knowledgeable myself and have had many dealers treat me like an idiot). The sales person was helpful and was knowledgeable. The finance experience was very rushed. A 14 page document was shown and as I started to read it the finance person said, “ we gotta go.” My feeling The finance experience was very rushed.
