This is an extremely high volume dealership, the internet manager is slammed (even with a team of people to support him) so if you need a lot of handholding maybe take a day off of work to get more time? When I drove home the day of purchase I noticed the car wasn't as detailed as I would expect and the cancer warning sticker (which I learned they're not allowed to take off) came off with a sticky mess. And the person who helped me set up my AudiConnect account entered the wrong address on the web site so we couldn't get it set up that day. I sent Andrei an email expressing my disappointment and he made it right the next day. Eric helped me get my car all set up with AudiConnect. Finance person Jana was lovely, said they were moving to a new building soon, the current building and service waiting area is a bit run down. More

Since then, Zabih has been very helpful and has gone out of his way to address our service issues. We've brought the car at least a half a dozen times already and he's personally made appointments for us with the service department and made sure we had a loaner if needed. Though it can be hard to schedule an appointment some times, the service department has always been polite, courteous and knowledgeable when explaining any issues we've had with the car.
