Worst customer service. I love my Audi but this is the last time I'm buying from Stevens Creek Audi. The car was missing a rim cap when I purchased it. The sales rep promised to ship it to me. That was a last time I'm buying from Stevens Creek Audi. The car was missing a rim cap when I purchased it. The sales rep promised to ship it to me. That was almost 2 months ago and I have not received it. The sales rep does not answer my calls or texts, I even talked to a manager who said that he would talk to the sales rep, but that was 2 weeks ago and no one has contacted me yet. Also, I have never met a sales person as disinterested as the rep who sold me the car. He talked and acted like he did not want to sell me a car and he wanted me to leave. He even said as much, that I should go home and "sleep on it" because the car "won't go anywhere". It was Friday evening but it was early and the dealership was still open. I don't know how they sell cars the way they treat customers. I almost walked out because of the sales rep's attitude and the car I had tested had an engine noise. Luckily I looked on their website and asked the sales rep to let me test another car (same model, year, and color). I liked the second one and I bought it. It's pretty bad when a customer has to look up vehicles on his own while at the dealership and being attended by a sales rep. Audi's are great cars and I love mine. It won't be my last, but never again from this dealer. More

Contacted Alfredo Velazquez per recommendation from friends. We are interested in a new Q5 and arranged test drive. Alfredo was professional, courteous and answered all our questions before and after t friends. We are interested in a new Q5 and arranged test drive. Told us to take our time and we returned 30 minutes later - and he then showed us the various color combos in the lot that were available. No sales pressure just very open and honest with us. We left to test drive some of the competition but due to COVID related illness in the family we did not have a chance to follow up with Alfredo.
