Dismal service after a ;long history of services successfully completed at the scheduled intervals. Somethng, and perhpas numerous things, have apparently gone off the rails here - the service advisor Ia dealt with for yeasrs is gone (and I suspsect may have left for good reason - thoug left unexplained).My last two visitsd have been unacceptable.(first there was a billing error I had to call to their attention to get corrected, and most recently an experience replete with numerous screw-ups (repeated miscommunications and six days for a repair that should have taken two - in part, because a part was not ordered in an timely way with the result that my car was unduly delayed). The has now become premium- priced service with virtually no service at all or pitiful serivce at the very least! More
