I’ve been to a couple of Audi Dealerships in the Bay Area, and I try to get a gauge on the customer service aspect because that’s what wins me. None of the staff from those dealerships bothered to even engage with me. When I went to Audi of Stevens Creek, I was greeted by a gentleman named Taylor Mitchell. Very awesome guy and easy to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you into buying anything. Keep in mind that I met him three months prior to buying my vehicle. I told him my situation since I was leasing a vehicle at the time, and was looking to buy. Even though it took me three months to buy, we kept in touch and was giving me updates as soon as some cars were available. I was looking to buy a certified pre-owned SQ5. He continually sent me pics as soon as they had some available, and I finally ended up buying a Daytona Gray Metallic version with the bells and whistles. He stayed after hours to help me go through the features of the car. If you are looking for an Audi, I would recommend asking for Taylor Mitchell. He’s fun to work with and he can help you out with your Audi needs! More
