Biggest disaster of my entire auto buying life. I bought I'd give -1000 stars if I could. Biggest disaster of my entire auto buying life. I bought an Audi Q5 from this dealership in October and within two we I'd give -1000 stars if I could. Biggest disaster of my entire auto buying life. I bought an Audi Q5 from this dealership in October and within two weeks of purchasing it, the air conditioner blew up. It was in the shop for two weeks and when I got it back it broke down again four days later, only this time it also came with a myriad of electrical problems. I put it back in the shop for another two weeks, which means I was without a car of my own for a month although they did give me a loaner. When I took it back again I was driving to Las Vegas and guess what happened? The entire engine blew and I was stuck on the side of the road in the dark for two hours. Unfortunately this dealership refuses to take the car back and will not respect the lemon law, given the fact the car is been in the shop for almost as long as I've had it. Please take your self-destructive car back Audi Stevens Creek. And oh by the way, my salesperson, her boss and Audi USA knows that my son passed away during this process and they all refuse to help. How's that for customer service? Do NOT go to this dealer. More

They treat me like a dumb female I bought an Audi Q7 from this dealership 2 years ago. Although I love my SUV I cannot stand this dealership. A week after I bought my SUV I couldn't f I bought an Audi Q7 from this dealership 2 years ago. Although I love my SUV I cannot stand this dealership. A week after I bought my SUV I couldn't figure out how to set up the MMI. When I went to my sales person to ask about it he accused me of throwing away a much needed tag that had the number on it. When I told him I didn't throw away anything he told a sales person right in front of me that"this lady threw away the tag even though we told her not to" treating me like Im just a dumb female. Turns out his assistant put it in my glove box without mentioning it to me because he thought the sales person did. The sales person did not even apologize. Now to today last year I lost my roof rack key. I went to the parts department and they told me it was a thule rack and to go through thule. I went to a thule dealer and they told me no it is not a thule rack.I went back to the parts department and then they told me the only way to get a new key is to have the number that was on the box that the racks came in. No apology for even telling me it was a thule rack in the first place! When I told them I no longer had the box they again treated me like a dumb female for not writing down the number. When I bought the racks at the dealership their employees installed and offered to throw away the box for me. Why wouldn't they tell me at that time I needed number off of it?!? So over this place. More
