I called Rich on a Thursday...within a couple of ours he had me approved w/ a great rate. He pulled all the certified paperwork and past maintenance paperwork I asked for. He even offered to take additional photos and send them to me. I booked a ticket from Sacramento to Santa Ana for the next day. When I arrived he was at the airport waiting. Had the paperwork waiting and the car with a full tank of gas. I looked over the car and it was flawless; exactly how he had described. Before I left, Rich had me double check all my keys, to make sure they worked. We found that one needed a new battery which he got before I left the dealership. This was especially amazing considering the fact that my car needed to be ordered to my specification and despite the fact, I was able to walk away with an amazing price. Throughout the process, Richard was able to demonstrate the advantage of Audi and focus on its technologies and value without resorting to negatives on its competitors. His knowledge across the entire automotive industry, plus his personal, in-depth view of the cars was the sole reason that I end up with an Audi today. While the wait was long and excruciating, I was kept up-to-date by the staff at Commonwealth, starting with Richard. Not only did we look at the inventory on the lot, he even double checked the inventory in the computer to make sure we didn't miss something. Lo and behold, the car I bought we found on the computer inventory. I had pretty much made a decision as to what model I was buying. Darko found that model 1 year newer and with several thousand less miles on it than what I had found on the lot. We hunted this car down...it was perfect.
