I probably spelled the name horribly wrong, but the service manager, Engell Pelumbri, was an absolute condescending xxxxxx to deal with. Engell proceeds to tell me that the costs really should not be warranty, but my personal responsibility. I really do not understand how a window regulator can by my fault! He made additional comments about us "corporate kids" coming to his dealership. Who cares if I am under 30 and driving an Audi? More

The sales team was borderline rude when I first approached them so I bought my Audi elsewhere. The dealership is still the closest to my house so I have to get it serviced there. They didn't give me a loaner or a rental, and then they told me if I had bought my car from them they may have helped me out. Since I didn't, my rental bill was $$$$$.<br>Design of the building is nice, but the dealership is horrible. More
