Shady Used Car Dealers Had a rather interesting experience here. I was attempting to purchase a used car and went buy and asked to have it inspected at a shop 20min away. It Had a rather interesting experience here. I was attempting to purchase a used car and went buy and asked to have it inspected at a shop 20min away. It took all day to get it 20min away and magically when it was out at that shop a guy came in and put a deposit down on the car! I am my salesperson had no idea there was anyone else interested. It just so happens the sale was made by the sales guy that sits behind him! You would figure they would want to alert both perspective buyers in order to get a better deal. Net net they screwed me and my brand new sales guy around a ton so I couldn't buy the car. If you were looking for a honest dealership you asking for too much in general. However if you are relying on fair play then this is probably not the dealership for you. More
i was dreaming of a new sports car. i had previously bought an A4 from patrick curley. test drove and fell in love with a brand new TTS. patrick knew the products well, answered all of my questions to s bought an A4 from patrick curley. test drove and fell in love with a brand new TTS. patrick knew the products well, answered all of my questions to satisfaction - and i had plenty - i test drove three different models. no problem taking out an S5, and RS5 for test drives before i took out the TTS. he allowed me to place a deposit on the TTS and clear things with the wife. it took four days to get the wife out due to her work schedule, she loved it too and one more day to get all the paperwork in order. he let me hold the car with a deposit from mon to thursday while the wife and i discussed the purchase. when it came to price, patrick provided a great price under msrp, and got a great finance rate to boot. much of the paper work we discussed via texts thursday night/friday morning. on friday, we only had to wait for the insurance to come through. got to the dealer on friday afternoon and all the paperwork was finished; all i had to do was provide my signature. the finance director did try to sell me tire insurance, some type of windshield coating, paint protector, and the ever present extended warranty - i declined on all of those. to be clear, she showed me a paper with the products on it, described the service, and i had to initial that i was presented with the info. there was no pressure, and i made it clear i wasn't interested in those (i did buy the extended service plan for ~$800 for the first 6 service appointments as it's a good deal). i obviously like audi products, but a great part of the reason why is due to patrick, who's been a patient, understanding, knowledgeable, no pressure salesman who values your time. and by providing a great price/experience the first time i purchased and audi in 2011, he was able to sell me a new TTS in 2014 and provided another great price/experience. thanks patrick! I bought a used 2013 Audi Q7 from Chris Steele at Audi of Rochester Hills back in June. Overall experience was a pleasant one as I am from Canada and bought this car sight-unseen and had it shipped to me. Th Rochester Hills back in June. Overall experience was a pleasant one as I am from Canada and bought this car sight-unseen and had it shipped to me. They were very patient with me and my delays and demands. However I was told that the car would come with all season mats. When the car arrived I found a chipped windshield and no all season mats. I called Chris right away and he guaranteed me that he would take care of everything. Suffice it to say, it is now almost 3 months later and I paid the $100 to have the chip filled and paid $250 for all season mats. I sent emails to Chris several times and always was told that the mats will be mailed to me, however nothing ever arrived! The car is fantastic, but the service could have been much better!! More

Didn't offer me a loaner when I had a flat and their tires were on backorder. Their sales manager, David Nastwald, will offer you an absurd trade-in for your vehicle, demonstrating they apparently have no confidence in their own brand. Not interested in a square deal with customers, but rather taking advantage of people that have more money than sense. Stay away from all pre-owned or certified dealings. More

Dealership can be very good one day, then another day, as other reviewers have commented, plain rude and not very concerned about your business. The pricing on Audi's is very high. The sales guy also will no other reviewers have commented, plain rude and not very concerned about your business. The pricing on Audi's is very high. The sales guy also will not tell you that you will definitely replace the tires on a 36 month lease. Tires on a Q7 last about 25,000 miles. The service guy will explain that this is due to the roads (HAHAHAHA! - Its not!). Also plan on both a front and then a back brake job which will include the rotors. Ouch! Bottom line is add approx $150/month to your $850/month Audi A6 lease. This is the same for a Q7 lease. Again, expensive to drive. More
