We overpaid for an oil change and because the car had not reach 10000 miles you charged us for services we did not recieve. Needless to say that was it. I have a BMW I bought at Sewell so you can guess why I reach 10000 miles you charged us for services we did not recieve. Needless to say that was it. I have a BMW I bought at Sewell so you can guess why I expected something better. We asked for an itemized receipt and you team could not provide it. Why I rated you two stars is still a mystery. The dealership as a whole is run well and my sales consultant Andre Miller was superb. I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially considering I was an out of state buyer and this was an consultant Andre Miller was superb. I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially considering I was an out of state buyer and this was an expensive exotic car purchase. They have no haggle pricing on there used vehicles and don't tack on unnecessary dealer fees. Andre was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and continued to stay in touch after the vehicle left the lot with a transporter. One of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. Andre and Audi Plano get my highest recommendation. More
