This dealer is very disorganized. I bought the car and came home to realize my car inside was not cleaned. They even had a razor inside and dust every where. Salesman told me that they do not have any one came home to realize my car inside was not cleaned. They even had a razor inside and dust every where. Salesman told me that they do not have any one to fill the gas. He asked me to come another day to fill up the gas. That was annoying enough. Came home to sync my mobile phone to the car and was getting error. I have to take the car to the dealer again. The service guy told me that they should have checked that before giving me delivery! Well after spending about 3 hours they tell me that I have to bring the car again to the dealer to update the software and it will take 1 day! Waste of lot of my time. There is no quality control of any kind! More

Mike did a great job explaining and showing me how to use the multi function display on my new A6. I’m somewhat technologically challenged but with Mike’s help, I’ll now be able to navigate the many function the multi function display on my new A6.
