I was extremely please with my experience at Audi Plano. I told Mason Bullard what I wanted in a vehicle and he delivered. There were no gaps in communication. This is the place to go!! Our salesman was James Benjamin and he went above and beyond for us. JB was no hassle and hands on. I'm still in shock as to how superb my experience was during the car buying process!! I was extremely devastated when my previous vehicle was totaled, and being told that I only had 2 days to return my r during the car buying process!! I was extremely devastated when my previous vehicle was totaled, and being told that I only had 2 days to return my rental. Reluctantly, I went online to look for a car. After hours of searching, i found a vehicle that I liked. Mason reached out to me just minutes after putting in an inquiry. During the conversation, I proceeded to rant about how stressed and overwhelmed I was about my accident and having to replace my vehicle. I halfway expected Mason to hang up lol. But he listened and responded to me with sincerity, and vowed that he would help me find a vehicle that was in my budget and to my liking! He also stayed a little late after closing time to help me with my finance application. That alone brought me through their door. I absolutely HATE pulling the sex/race card, but in my experience, being a black woman makes me despise car shopping. You are less likely to be taken seriously as a buyer and you almost feel drained from the "code switching" you have to do to be halfway treated with dignity (if you know, you know). From the moment I walked into the dealership to meet with Mason, I was treated with dignity and respect. Mason was also super attentive, patient, and he truly put in a great deal of effort to make me feel comfortable during the entire process of purchasing my vehicle. He had a great deal of respect for my time, which was very important to me! I spent less time with the financial manager (Massey?), but he was just as kind and efficient as Mason was! I was truly happy with their ability to match me with a quality vehicle that also matched my budget, without all the hassle of negotiating bogus deals!! I have never experienced such great customer care in the car dealership world. If I can buy a car every year, I would definitely buy from them again!!! If you are shopping for a vehicle, please visit these gentlemen!! You will NOT be disappointed!! More
