**Review for Audi Plano (Sept 2024) - Q8** I visited Audi Plano over the weekend to test drive the Q8 e-tron, and my experience overall was positive, with a few bumps along the way. 1. **Friendly and Audi Plano over the weekend to test drive the Q8 e-tron, and my experience overall was positive, with a few bumps along the way. 1. **Friendly and Professional Service:** As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Tracy, who was absolutely fantastic. He jumped straight into helping us, and his detailed knowledge of the Q8 e-tron really stood out. He explained every detail about the car during the test drive, which made my decision easy. 2. **Helpful Guidance:** After the test drive, Tracy showed me a few options in both the Q8 and Q8 e-tron. His expertise in helping me choose the right model for my needs and preferences was incredibly valuable. I ended up leasing the Q8, and he guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. 3. **Flexible Customization and Pricing:** When I requested a few customizations, both Tracy and the sales manager were more than willing to accommodate them. The pricing was unbeatable – I’m confident you won't find better numbers anywhere else in the market. 4. **Room for Improvement in Paperwork Process:** While most of the experience was smooth, the paperwork process took a lot longer than expected. It would be great if they could streamline this aspect to avoid wasting customer time. Fortunately, once the paperwork was ready, signing and finalizing the deal was quick and easy. 5. **Post-Delivery Issue:** This is where things took a disappointing turn. After taking my brand new Q8 to Ceramic Pro for ion coating, they discovered deep Level 2 scratches all around the car. For a new vehicle, this was unacceptable and quite frustrating. I had to pay out of pocket for color correction. However, when I reached out to Tracy, he was kind enough to reimburse the cost, which was appreciated. Still, this is an issue Audi Plano needs to address to avoid losing future customers. **Overall Recommendation:** Despite the scratch issue, I highly recommend Audi Plano, and if you go, ask for Tracy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to providing excellent customer service from test drive to post-delivery. It was a privilege to be his client! More
