As of recent I had to return for a “We Owe” repair only to be greeted yet again with a very unpleasant experience. The guy was very rude and short and I quote “I’m just sitting til someone gets here”. Advised him what I was told to do, he walks off and comes back saying the manager is not available. I was not looking for a manager, just my sales person. He proceeds to tell me and I quote “ I don’t know his schedule”. I could go on because it got worse. Again this was not an enjoyable experience to say the least.
