Great experience with the sales representative Austin and the financial representative Ibrahim. However it was a great disappointment to be delivered a brand new car with an issue on day one. Audi Plano had just received this car on Saturday afternoon as a trade in and the Carfax wasn't She responded to my online form quickly on a Sunday. Audi Plano had just received this car on Saturday afternoon as a trade in and the Carfax wasn't available yet. She sent it to me first thing on Monday morning. We wanted to come see the car that afternoon and she was able to get it in for the inspection early so we could drive it that day. We decided to purchase the car even though it was filthy and we couldn't take it home that day. She kept us updated throughout the process and delivered the car to us a few days later. We had a very positive experience and would definitely work with Yvette and Audi Plano in the future. Thank you! More
