Anthony was outstanding! He kept me updated and responded quickly to any questions that I had. The dealership from which I bought the car told me that my warranty covered everything but it turns out it did not. Anthony followed through with them to see if they would cover some of the items that were not covered by the warranty. He at first wasn't getting a response but he didn't give up. Finally he was successful in getting them to cover one of the more expensive repairs! Whereas I will never return to or recommend the dealership from which I purchased the car (AutoNation Richland Hills), I am extremely pleased and have nothing but great things to say about Audi Plano!
