Bought a Q8 E-Tron from Audi Plano. It was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman had no knowledge about the car. When he was delivering the car to me he was of It was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman had no knowledge about the car. When he was delivering the car to me he was of no help. The car was delivered with less than 50% battery charge, despite the fact that I was there for over 4 hours. I left the dealership on a Saturday and only had the trickle charger. I was only able to add about 20 miles to the range. I couldn't really drive the car until I was able to buy a wall charger and have it installed. That took several days. When I was leaving the dealership, I asked the salesman to help me remove my personal tags. He didn't have the right bit and told me to come back on Monday. I also had my personal property in the car. When I went back, I was told me car was on a transport, headed to the Auto Nation dealership in Houston and they would have the tags and my personal property sent to me. That never happened. I spoke to the GM of the dealership and he told me he'd call me by the end of the day. He never called. Be wary of this dealership. I've bought a lot of high end cars and this dealership is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. AVOID AUDI PLANO. THEY'RE THE WORST! More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Traded in a Tundra on a S5. Thought I was getting a good deal with a "friend" that works there. It's been three weeks amd they STILL HAVENT PAID OF Traded in a Tundra on a S5. Thought I was getting a good deal with a "friend" that works there. It's been three weeks amd they STILL HAVENT PAID OFF THE TRADE. The car has extensive hail damage they didn't disclose and I didn't see because I made the purchase at night. 3 out of the 4 wheels are curbed. The driver side front tire had a slash in it. Took it back and at first they didn't want to replace. Then when I wouldn't budge they asked me to pay for half of it......I said no. They said they would replace it with a new tire after a bunch of back and fourth. They replaced it with a used tire..... How do I know? The rear passenger side had a nail in it so I took it to discount tire to have repaired. The "new" tire was at 6/32. New would've been above 10/32. They lied. Oh, that back wheel with the nail? BENT So now I have to get new wheels and tires Noticed a coolant smell so I checked the overflow....NONE ZERO. The car wasn't overheating (yet) but literally took an addtional 3/4 of a gallon of coolant. So after finding all of that I decided to look deeper...... the intake.......was CLOGGED. Like we had to vacuum the closed box. Leaves, dirt, cigarette butts and Styrofoam... WHAT Like I would expect an experience like this from a buy here pay here lot.....not an AutoNation dealership. Do not recommend In fact run away. They take zero responsibility and have even worse accountability More
