Very easy process, walked in and 2 hours later drove off in my new Audi A4. I love it. Richard was also very attentive while I waited for the final paperwork to be completed. Had the car struck by a stone which punctured the aux radiator. Debbie, although with sales, had everything taken care of since I had purchased the car from her. She arranged for a loaner to be sent to radiator. Debbie, although with sales, had everything taken care of since I had purchased the car from her.
