I use the services of the dealership for service on our Q7. Overall, a good experience. The service desk was friendly and very helpful. I had an excellent experience at Audi Plano. Andrew was outstanding, he clearly explained what services were needed right away and what could wait, which I really appreciated. Excellent consistency in service when I bring my SQ5 into the dealership for service. My service advisor, Bryan C., works to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. He works with the technicians to compl the dealership for service. My service advisor, Bryan C., works to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. He works with the technicians to complete my service timely and complete all the items scheduled for repair/maintenance, etc. He is also good to work in extra requests, e.g. completing a state required vehicle emissions test. This service department is a big reason why I continue to buy cars here...4 Audi's so far! More
