I flew up to Boston two days later to pick up the Q7 in the middle of a massive snowstorm. The salesperson, Brendan Conner, came all the way down to the airport to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining each and every feature of the Q7, even though the dealership had been closed for hours, due to the snowstorm. My experience with Brendan Conner was truly exceptional. He answered countless questions about purchasing an out of state vehicle, even on his day off. In twenty years of buying automobiles, I have never been treated as fairly, and with more respect than at Ira Audi. It was well worth the flight to Boston and the 1,000 mile drive back to Atlanta. He made sure we ended up with the car we wanted - which was pretty clear after a test drive. The process of purchasing the car was exceptionally smooth and fair [Rob was great here also!], and when Marc sourced the car with what we wanted [plus a bit] we were able to quickly and fairly lock in the deal. We never felt pressured, rushed, or hassled in any way - when you walk away smiling you know it went as it should go. Marc acted in a 'premium' manner which we expect from a premium brand. Marc continues to provide post sale help [buying winter tire package] and I have already told others about the positive experience we had when buying the car. I purchased the 2011 A4 Quattro Sedan from the dealership. The people I dealt with were excellent. I called about the car ahead of time, and the vehicle was ready when I showed up. I went on the test drive with Brendan, and he amply demonstrated his knowledge about the car, the options and the maintenance. During the negotiations, Brendan and Mike were professional and courteous at all times; though they very much wanted to sell the car, they never put any uncomfortable pressure on me and worked with me on the price. Nigel did an excellent job of explaining the various optional maintenance and insurance policies. Once the deal was done, Michael and Brendan agreed to accommodate me by delivering the car to my residence. Brendan delivered the car exactly at the agreed time, was very pleasant to deal with, booked my first maintenance appointment, and provided me his cell phone to answer any questions. I think I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. More

Most of our communication, negotiation and paperwork was done by phone or through email after our initial visit since it was a bit far for us to travel to, but well worth it in the end. Just prior to the car arriving at the dealership a "discrepancy" was discovered between the car I ordered and the car that was built and shipped. Michael and George, along with Wendy, worked with me on some options and the problem was solved to my satisfaction (very much so!) in a very professional manner. The test drives were on our terms-not some pre-determined course, the negotiations were above board, and we feel like we received a very fair price. In fact, another dealer could not even match what we negotiated with Ira. I would like to especially mention Michael (the general sales manager), Neysha(our sales person) and Nigel (the business person) as all very personable, honest and forthright people. They each seemed invested in our overall experience and doing the right thing. In fact, although there are a lot of extras you can choose to purchase when you sign the sales contract, we never felt pressured into any of those purchases.
