The sales staff tries to work with you, are respectful and never pushy and do as they promise. The service people are always respectful, very helpful, responsive and really try to make the experience excellent. This is light-years ahead of other dealerships I've used to purchase the 4 other cars in our family. I'd recommend these people to my family and best friends because they are that good. More

I was very skeptical when first going into this dealership. I had been to another audi dealer before this and felt they were very condecending and rude.
