When your service center was located in Danvers the quality of work was fantastic. Service writers were professionals and friendly. Seemed that service in Peabody is the opposite. Each time I pick my car up from service I'm told about the satisfaction survey and ask to give a perfect review. I'm a service professional in the medical device industry, when I complete a service I hand the doctor a customer satisfaction card with a link to a short survey. I would never have the gall to solicit a positive survey from the doctor when one wasn't deserved. Two failed services is all I can tolerate. I've taken my business to Audi of Stratham where I have been completely satisfied with their service thus far. I forgot to mention that I was a certified master automotive technician (NIASE now ASE) for 27 years. So when the service rep told me that my turbo was on it's way out at my 40k service I new he was full of s***. I know cars!
