Destructive Technicians I've been going to this dealership for over 2 years. Lately their service dept has gone downhill. Damaging my turbo charger at my 40k service to filli I've been going to this dealership for over 2 years. Lately their service dept has gone downhill. Damaging my turbo charger at my 40k service to filling my crankcase with half of the required oil during my 50k service. I won't mention the service writers reaction to me for giving a less than complimentary satisfaction survey. They gave terrible service and chewed my butt about the unflattering survey. More
I was in for a recall and a inspection sticker and to buy Audi care. The visit was great until I went to pick up my car. The guy running cars pulls up with my car in the bay and leaves the car in d and to buy Audi care. The visit was great until I went to pick up my car. The guy running cars pulls up with my car in the bay and leaves the car in drive which the e brake on. Had that ebrake failed the car would have crashed total disrespect for a customers property. This makes we wonder how the mechanics are working on cars if there is that much lack of respect for a customers property.i think I might be switching to Burlington Audi after this incident. More

Really good experience I bought a car from these guys in late December and had a great experience with Audi of Peabody from start to finish. When I was comparison shoppi I bought a car from these guys in late December and had a great experience with Audi of Peabody from start to finish. When I was comparison shopping the 2 sales guys who assisted me (Warren Wendt and Jon Cohen) knew the Audi line, and their competitors line, well and were able to point out the strong points and weaknesses of all of the cars I was considering. They were never pushy just knew their stuff Also very easy to take a test drive and I felt that I got a true feel for how it drove. The two best parts for me were: Price - I did a lot of research and comparison shopping and felt they gave me a really good price on the car I bought, a Q5, and also on my trade-in. Delivery - I was going to Maine for a week and really wanted to get the car quickly and not have to drive back to pick it up. The sales people and service guys stayed late and got the car to me in record time and it looked and drove great. I had a great experience here! More

I asked if they had anything that matched or if they were able to source a comparable vehicle. I was unfortunate enough to get a response from Theodore Piotrowicz. The e-mail response from him was short and unprofessional telling me to "tell him the exact car I was looking for" if I wanted to get a quote. God forbid he would have to do his job and check my spec sheet against anything they had available. Needless to say we didn't give them our business. We went over to Audi Nashua through their internet department and had a great experience and purchased a Q7 the same day. Definitely would not recommend Peabody. More
Hostile experience I came into the dealership to look at a used car. I met the salesman Harley (or Henry) and he was very calm, very collected, and was helpful. The moment that the manager came in to try to take over the sale was when things changed. The manager, Dan, came up to us at the desk and seemed to be calm at first. As we were talking and trying to negotiate a price on my trade-in, he became aggressive and hostile through his body language and the way he was raising his voice towards me. As time went on and we continued to go back and forth trying to make a sale on the vehicle, he eventually blew up, yelled “Fine, looks like you’re not getting the car!”, and snatched the papers from the desk in a malicious manner and stormed away. He was acting like a playground bully and was trying to assert some dominance in the sale, and when I pushed back he became more and more aggressive. The dealership in general is alright, well laid out, with good cars. The car salesman Harley (Henry) was very nice and very patient, and was a joy to work with. Dan, on the other hand, was unprofessional and hostile during the whole process. Do not work with Dan If you go to this dealership for any car sales, unless you want to feel uncomfortable and nervous the whole time. More

Bought a used Mazda Had a great low mileage Mazda CX 5 that the previous owner traded in for an Audi. Theodore (Ted)Piotrowicz was great over email and phone talking and Had a great low mileage Mazda CX 5 that the previous owner traded in for an Audi. Theodore (Ted)Piotrowicz was great over email and phone talking and getting close to the deal I wanted for my wife. We live an hour away, so Ted knew if we made the trip we were going to buy the car. Showed up, met with Daniel Otavo who was extremely professional and friendly, what you want in a salesperson. Always polite and not pushy, which it also helped that most the deal was done before we got there. If this was not the case, I would have been happy to go through the whole process with Dani. The Finance was fine, there was some confusion but they stuck with their word and made sure they honored the deal that we showed up for. If you are in the market for a car, and want an up front/honest experience I would highly recommend talking with Ted and Dani. More
